An angel to watch over you ...

Hi there ...
My internet connection has been playing up all morning ... so I'm way behind visiting you all ... I hope it rights itself soon ... it's driving me mad ...
Anyway it gave me time to make a card using the lovely colour combination from the Play Date Cafe ...

Such a pretty photograph ... looks like one of my favourite flowers ... the dahlia ... the ones that earwigs seem to adore ...

This pretty little angel has been keeping me company lately ... smiling out at me from my desktop ... so it seemed only fitting that I made a card with her ... and I used the papers from Lauren's new line at My Time Made Easy ... along with a few extras ...

That little gel stamp is actually a dark blue/purple ... but it is wet and dull here so maybe that isn't so clear ... and I couldn't resist photographing this angel amongst my flowers ... cheers up a rainy day

I hope you are having a lovely Saturday

Till soon

~ Ros ~

Oh my! This is a tough color combination (at least for me) and your card is absolutely gorgeous! What a sweet little girl and the wings are fabulous! I love how she sits on the doily. Thanks for the inspiration!

So very very pretty Ros! I had to look twice, because I thought we'd used the same little angel for one of our cards (the one I finished this morning), but it's slightly different, LOL! Yours is very lovely, love the postcard behind it, too!

Ros, I adore this card! And your comment about dahlias and earwigs made me laugh. :D Yes, dahlias we love; earwigs, not so much!

Thanks for playing with us at the Cafe this week. Always nice to see you here.
