City Crafter 'Colours of The Rainbow"

Hi!
It's my turn to host at City Crafter this week and the challenge I have for you is all about the colours in a rainbow ... When I was a young school girl ... we were given a saying to help us remember the order of the colours in a rainbow ...
"Richard Of York Gave Battle In Vain"

Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Indigo and Violet
The challenge this week is to create a card or project using 3 or more of these colours ...

I went with the brights ... yellow, orange, green and red

Three heart borders cut on the Silhouette and backed with different strips of paper and some liquid pearls ... I'm kind of getting the hang of using them now ...  and this is also a great way to use up odd strips of paper too...

We are fortunate to have the lovely Jacira guesting for us again this week and Pixie Dust Paperie is our generous sponsor ... and I know you will love the creations done by our team this week so why not hop over to the blog and take a look ...

I hope you will be able to join us ... thanks for stopping by today

Have a wonderful day

Till soon

~ Ros ~

Such an amazingly beautiful inspirational picture, we don't get to see them like that all the time do we? Your card is very pretty, it is indeed made with love (and you do love your Silhouette, too, don't you Ros ;-) Ira x

Wow! A totally different style today! Very, very pretty, Ros - it spreads good mood and the yellow bow reminds me of warm sunshine (that I´am missing here!)!
I see, that you do a lot of fabulous things with your Silhouette... and you said, you love it... I am not sure if I should get one for me or not... I read some people´s comment, who are not so satisfied with it...?!? Can you encourage me to buy one? ;-)
Hugs,
Uli

Oooo! Your Cameo hearts look gorgeous, Ros. I would never have thought to do that. I love your rainbow of colours and your gorgeous yellow bow!
I still say those words everytime I see a rainbow, because, like you, that's the way I was taught at school. The same way they taught us our times tables...you never forget:)

Oh my gosh, this is soooo cool. Am I dating myself using that expression? It can't be helped. This is incredibly clever - I'm inspired with every visit!

i think i like YOUR rainbow mnemonic better than our american one, which is just a man's name: Roy G. Biv! (altho i confess it has helped me to remember the colors of the spectrum IN ORDER since 8th grade, so i cannot complain!)

♥LOVING♥ this week's challenge at CCCB... just hope i will have time to whip something up, i have soooooooo many ideas!!! :) (of course i know it won't be nearly as FAB*U*LOUS as your amazing card!!!!!)
