City Crafter Challenge ... Spring Fling

Good Morning sweet friends ...
I'm back today to share my card for this weeks challenge at City Crafter .. chosen for us by Cheryl ...
This is the inspiration photo

and Cheryl is asking that we create a card or project using All of the colours shown
Once again we are lucky enough to have Sheila Burns as our Guest Designer this week ... and the winner of this weeks challenge will also be offered a Guest Design spot ... So get out your papers, paints, inks etc., and come and join us in our Spring Fling!

These lovely papers are from the Grace Taylor pack and though they are 12'x12' ... they can still be used on cards ... The little watch I stamped on just to add more interest ... and the leaf ribbon on the bottom came from my friend Lauren ...

WaltzingMouse stamps for the sentiment ... flowers,
ribbon, lace, buttons and trim are all from my supplies

I love this little birdie!

Don't forget to visit the City Crafter blog to check out the projects from my lovely team mates ... Hope to see you there!

Have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by

~ Ros ~

HA! too funny! i came over to tell you how much i ♥LOVE♥ this card and what a brilliant and vintagey take it is on cheryl's gorgeous palette... and seeing the closeup i thought, "oooh ros has some of my favorite leafy ribbon too!" and then it turns out IT CAME FROM ME, well, that essplains it, right?! :) :) :)

this is BRILLIANT in every respect! mighthave to save it to the "inspo" folder, i just see sooooo many little ideas i want to steal *AHEM* "pay tribute to" (that's better) at a later date, but then i pretty much just want to flat out COPY everything you make missus!!! ♥♥♥

So, so pretty Ros. Love the roses on that paper mixed with that cute little birdie. I think the watch stamp is a fun addition and all your trims are beautiful especially those yellow roses. Lovely inspiration for this week's challenge. :-)
