Papercraft Star #148

Hi there!
Are you ready for a new challenge at Papercraft Star?
In case you didn't know know ... our challenges from here on will all be
Photo Inspiration Challenges...
and this is the photo Jan has chosen for us this week

If you go over to the Blog ... there will always be some suggestions to motivate you ... other than that it's up to you how you best interpret the photo
Please remember to follow the rules

                                              1. Link back to Papercraft Star
                                              2. Restrict your entry to 4 additional challenges

I used a lovely inspirational quote stamp from Inkylicious which I embossed in silver as my focal point for this for this card

... together with a Sizzix embossing folder to get the the harlequin effect background similar to that in the photo

I added some silver embellishments and then remembered how difficult it is to photograph reflective surfaces!  The keen eyed amongst you will see I've captured myself in one of those silver dots!
The 'burlap' is in fact not burlap but paper straw ... it's really made from paper and I picked it up in the craft dept of  The Works ...

White on white is always a challenge for me ... but I've no doubt that to many of you it's 'easy peasy' ... so I'm really looking forward to seeing what you come up with ... Have fun!

And have a beautiful day

I'm linking this card up to the inspiring Word Art Wednesday Challenge

This is an absolutely LOVELY white-on-white card. Many times white-on-white can be a bit boring, but not this one! I just LOVE the texture and layers you've added. It turned out amazing, and I am SO blessed that you've chosen to share it with us in our challenge this week. Please know that I am VERY grateful to have you play along and I look forward to seeing more of your lovely art.
God bless your week with His goodness and love,
Karen
