I Love Postal

Hello!

Today is our last photo inspiration challenge at Papercraft Star until December
We are taking a little break ...
Our photo this week is right up my street ... I Love all things Postal!

... and isn't this just so inspiring?

That said ... I wasn't sure what to make for this challenge ... Sometimes I just want to do something a little different from a card ...

I had an old wooden photo frame that was calling to me ... and I took it from there

(You get to see another table I rescued and restored here too)

I covered the frame in different papers some of which I stamped ... I'm sure you recognise my all time favourite postal stamp there

Yes, I even got onto the chalkboard band wagon by painting a piece of canvas with chalkboard paint and inserting it into my frame ...
Some handmade flowers using text paper nestle with a couple of bought flowers

Trinkets, buttons and lace ... Yes I went to town with this and loved every minute

I like how it looks on my table too

I can't wait to see the entries this week ... I hope you will join us ... don't forget to visit the blog to see what beauties my fellow DT have in store for you too

Thanks so much for stopping by ...

Hugs

~ Ros ~

I love your frame, really breathtaking, Ros! Love the chalkboard in the background. I am hoping you are having a good day at the hospital, praying your husband is staying positive and you both find out something soon! Thinking of you my friend, even when I don't appear here. Struggling to keep up this week! Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Postal stamps, etc are always an essential, sometimes adding just that little bit extra but this, WOW, I really adore it.
