Hey Girlfriend

Hello
How are you all doing?

It's a cold day here in Lincolnshire and in a few hours we will be off to the hospital for my Aunts appointment. She's having injections in her spine to try and relieve her of some of the pain she suffers ... I can but pray that it is successful.

I have a card to share that I made before I left home ... for a dear friends birthday ...

It all started with a small odd scrap of card stock that I stamped and embossed in silver ink and then sponged with various Memento inks ... then I die cut it into that butterfly

With the exception of the lovely burlap ribbon ... everything else came from my scraps
I stamped some white ink blotches onto the piece of grey card and pulled it all together with those scraps of paper

whilst I love being here I am missing my little craft room and my sweet little cat who watches me all day ... either from sitting outside my window on a good day or in his little basket behind me on a cold or wet day...

I hope you are having a good week ...

Till soon ... stay safe

~ Ros ~

Such a lovely card! I love the line note-pad paper - that gives it such a "letter feel"... don't know how else to put it. And of course your color range here is sublime! Best of luck for your Aunt, too.

I hope that the doctors appointment at the hospital went well and is bringing some relief for your aunt. It's awful to feel pain every second of the day. Are you having a good time being together? Thinking of you and hope that the time you are together will be fabulous for the both of you. Please pass my best wishes for to your aunt( Is this Englsih? Do you know what I mean? )
Your card is amazing. You can create beauty with scraps and I am blown away by this gem. Love the way you created the buttrfluy and the background you created with the ink splots.
And your cat is such a cute; I know you miss your gorgeous furry friend.
Thinking of you; all is well here. Just busy with the upcoming birthday of DH:)
Sending love and a hug
