Mirroring

Hello... Happy Sunday!
It's May already and it's still cold where I am in the UK ...

Today of course is the day we give a new word prompt at

This week Manuela has picked the word for us which is
Mirroring

I did have to wrack my brain with this one but here's what I came up with

These are pretty perfume bottles that sit on a mirrored shelf on my dressing table

Can you guess which is my favourite? It has to be the Chanel ... apart from crafting goods - this is my one indulgence

Having finally found a shot that I thought fitted the prompt I went on to have a little fun with mirroring

Last year I only got a single bloom on my lilac tree ... this year it's in abundance and I love it!
I have one single tulip ... it survived the massacre when my DH decided to take up doing the gardening... he didn't and still doesn't know a plant from a weed so I have to keep an eye on him ... It was only fair that I let my lovely tulip see just how beautiful she is

I tell you ... the squeals of delight when she saw herself for the first time well, it really got to me ... and she would like to thank Manuela for making it possible

Ok ... enough frivolity ... It's over to you now ... We'd love you to link up your photos with us at
Hop over to the blog and see what the rest of the team have come up with

Enjoy your day ... I'm heading home this afternoon

Till soon

~ Ros ~

Hi Ros, I guess your favorite is Chanel No 5!
Yes i believe it's not an easy mission with this word. But I love the effect of mirroring and I love to see all the ideas from the others :-)
I love the shot from your lilac. I also like the smell of this plant.
The photo of the tulip is great as well, must grin when i read your text ;-)
(Omg, hope my english is understandable!!) :-)
Have a great week, Manuela
