City Crafter 239

Hello ... Happy Tuesday!

The lovely Charlene is hosting our challenge this week at City Crafter

Does the photo give you any clues as to what this challenge is?
Well, this week the challenge is Techniques

Charlene is asking that we create a card or project using our favourite technique and tell us on your post what technique you used ... Isn't that a fabulous challenge!

There are so many techniques that I love to use but one of my all time favourites is the Inlaid Die Technique which I used on my card

Why I picked this die I'll never know ... I love the die but didn't realised just how many tiny pieces there were to 'fit back' into the spaces

It was worth it in the end ... I love the effect and it always keeps the recipient guessing "how did she do that?" Lol!

Our Guest Designer this week is Ger Janne - winner of week 233 - If you click This link it will take you to the card she made that week and the wonderful technique used - One I've yet to try
I can't wait to see what she comes up with this week and what the rest of the team have in store for us, so I'm off over to the City Crafter Blog - You're welcome to join me

Have a lovely day

Hugs

That dies is superb and looks stunning against the wood effect.

This is brilliant! I love this die (it's on my wishlist) and the contrast of woodgrain and white is gorgeous. A stunner!

I love your inlay cards. At least most of this one stated together and you don't have to search your desk and floor for "i" dots. LOL. Works great with the woodgrain paper. Hugs!

I can see this has taken up so much of your precious time, Ros, but it's a marvel! Love the background and beautifully inlaid die cut. Hugs, Ira x
