This and That

Hellooo...

I have just returned from the hospital where I had 2 biopsies taken. I'm hoping that in another month I will finally know what is going on with this old body of mine....

I was thrilled to discover I had This card highlighted at The Mixed Media Challenge ... what a great piece of news to come home to ... Thank you ladies!

It's a cold and very windy day here and I don't have anything that new to share but I do have a Thank You card I made a while ago for my sweet friend Ira

Quite simple but it did use up some of my left overs

...And I thought I could enter it at CAS(E) this Sketch

I also thought you may like to see the mirror I was painting ... I shared a few photos of my new dining area Here and the furniture I painted, then I bought a shutter mirror which was originally a dirty white and a little too shabby for my liking so I altered it for the far end of the room

I apologise for the poor quality of the photos but as you will see the light was so bright when I took these

The little hen and chicks you can see are lights ... they look so sweet lit up

And my Ginger cat also has a new little house which he loves!

He had outgrown his other one and though this is a little girlie ... he doesn't seem to mind ... He can move around in there and sleeps all night in it ...

I hope you are having a good start to the week ... I'll be back tomorrow for the new challenge at
City Crafter ...

Have a yourselves good day and thanks so much for your visit

Till soon

~ Ros ~

Looks like your mirror perfectly matches the wall. Your "new" room looks like a place I'd love to hang out! The design of your card is great--may have to case it, Ros! I got a lot of cards made because there's no one to make me do my chores--LOL!

Looks like kitty has a great spot near the heater. :-) Your mirror is gorgeous. Great job on the repaint Ros. I really need to get some more big word dies. Looks fantastic on your card. Wish it wasn't a month before you find out the result. That seems like an awful long time to wait. Praying for good results. Hugs!

You may call it simple but it's wonderful, too! And the mirror is the perfect addition to your new dining room - one can tell how much work and love you put into all of that. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that the biopsies will move you forward!

Your ginger cat seems right at home, maybe in his last life he was a girl! Your mirror is awesome, wish I lived hear you and we could sit down in your dining room for some tea and a cookie! Will be praying that your tests come out good and you can get on with life. I know it is a worrisome time for you, Ros, and I am sure everyone out in this blog world feels the same as I do, so know we are thinking about you!
