A bit of everything

Hello there...
Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate it... May you have a wonderful day filled with love and laughter...

I'm really not sure where the last week has gone ... I don't seem to have stopped yet I've got nowhere... Do you know what I mean?

I don't have much to share this week... I've been doing some reorganisation in my craft room ... Bought new furniture and boosted the sales in Ikea Lol! I've been preparing for club night as well as fitting in doctors appointments, lunch with a dear friend and crafting with Pat ... I do have a card to share that I made sometime ago ... I made a similar one as a DT project here
This one is with a blue BG

Do you ever wish you were a little bird? Able to fly away above the hustle and bustle, visit the ocean and clear your head? That's what this card reminds me of

Thanks to everyone for your comments and emails following my little rant about our inefficient services here in the UK ... in particular the automated phone systems and lack of common sense that drives us all mad. Seems the problem is the same the world over and I was so sad to read just how badly this has affected some of you... My problems pale into insignificance..

I finally got the results of my blood tests and there was nothing there to worry about which is a good thing but I am non the wiser as to why I have been feeling so ill these past months... They simply don't know... Of course they suggested everything from a virus to it all being in my head... Well, that's how I interpreted it... Yes, I often long to be that little bird

Till soon

Awesome work Ros!
Never thought of being a little bird myself even though my name is Autumn Sparrow in the Forest, but I often wanted to be a tree instead.

What a cute card! Even though, for some reason, it looks like an underwater scene somehow... but that is probably just me anyway! So good to know that nothing was found in your blood tests; maybe it will just go away as sneakily as it came?

Looking forward to see your craftroom again; what did you buy at IKEA?

Awesome card Ros!! I love the scene you created. Yes it would be lovely to be a bird and soar away sometimes :)

Another gorgeous and serene scene. I love the dimension and, as always, the sequins are done to perfection.

Well I'm glad the blood tests were good but sad that you don't have any answers. :-( I think you need to give me some lessons on making shaker cards. I always seem to mess them up. Too much sequins, not enough foam tape...always something. LOL Beautiful design.

Sorry I have taken awhile to comment on your beautiful card....must have been making my tags!!! Beautiful in every way. Loved the other similar one you did and this one is no different, love it x The addition of the hessian flower is so cute and looks great with the gold sequins. Beautiful sentiment too x It's a funny thing about blood tests in that you want them to find out whats wrong, so they can treat you (mini ailment, of course) but also relived that they haven't found anything...However, you really do want to know whats made you poorly, don't you? xx

To be a little bird... Such a beautiful creation, Ros! You sure know how to make peaceful, little scenes, and I love the shimmer! I'm so sorry about not knowing what's going on with your health. Fortunately, I'm in a good place right now, but I've recently been battling some of the same with no real answers. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
