Just a Note

Hello... How are you?

It's a wet and miserable day here in Liverpool... Hubby has gone away to visit his brother and I am having a peaceful day... I saw a quote on Pinterest this morning and thought it was so apt
"I am currently unsupervised... The possibilities are endless"

I have a little card to share using another Woodware stamp ...I got to Skype with my dear blog friend Stella last evening and whist I was waiting I started to colour these pretty flowers

I had a scrap of CS that I previously had run through my printer to colour in Cashmere Mist so I used that to stamp and emboss on then used my copics

The banner sentiment looks like it is on wood grain paper but actually I just ran one of my copics W-5, across a scrap of the white linen CS ... I loved the effect it gave so punched out a few little hearts too

That's all I'm doing for now ... I've decided that I'm going to curl up with my kitties and watch a movie... Bliss!

Have a lovely day my friends

Sweetie I just posted too and I wrote about yesterday too :) It was fun but above that...lovely to see and hear you again! I sorted out the supplies in my craftroom and it's such a relief to let go of stuff that I do not use. And plenty of space for things that I do love:)
You showed me the coloring yesterday and looking at your finished card it's even more gorgeous. The subtle coloring of the flowers is so pretty. And the heat embossing adds a touch of depth that I just love.
Enjoy an eveing on the couch with your kitties. Give Ginger a big hug from all of us:)

Precious card, Ros. Love the soft colours and the wood look you gave to the banner, perfect sequin placement, too!

This has a really delicate, ethereal look with the white embossing and soft grey.

Hope you had a lovely 'girls' night doing just what you wanted x Love the texture of this card and the colours you've used. The stamp is gorgeous and perfect with the white embossed edges. Such a delicate and wispy card. Gorgeous light touch to the background, enhanced with the 'wood like' sentiment and hearts x Loving this one x

Gorgeous card Ros. Beautifully colored as well! How fun to have a day to yourself where you can do as you want! Thank you for the email, it meant a lot to me, I will be emailing back, I have not been home much lately as I can hardly stand to be here in all the quiet without Nellie!
