Sad News

Hello ...

Just a brief post today to let you know that our sweet little cat Gipsy was killed on the road this morning...

My son took her in to our home some years ago and he adored her as she did him ... My heart aches to see him so broken...
She will be missed for all her quirky ways, for the spirit she was and for the love she brought into our lives especially Mikey's.

Oh Ros, I was in absolute tears when I read this post. I actually had to leave and come back a few minutes later in order to leave a comment. They attach themselves to us, and us to them. Such an important part of our lives and what sadness when they are no longer with us. My heart goes out to you and to your son. Goodnight Sweet Gipsy. :(

I'm so sorry, Ros. This is heartbreaking, especially for Mikey. She looked like a sweet little girl and I know how much our fur family brings to us. Her loss will be felt acutely, but she'll always be loved.

I am so very sorry to hear about your lovely cat! I am thinking of you, your family and especially Mike.

Gipsy looked like our first cat Pinky. A fox injured Pinky so badly, we had to put him to sleep...
