No line colouring

Hello...

I've not been too good this week .... I somehow a trapped nerve in my back and the pain has meant a few sleepless nights... I'm feeling much better today though and as I was unable to get around I've been able get ahead on DT work whilst watching my husband fathom out the vacuum cleaner Lol!

I made a card today just for fun... Looking out of my window it's wet and gloomy so today's card is autumnal and bright

The pumpkin, apples and acorns were all from free colouring pages which I converted into png.files (transparencies) using Photo Shop. Then I was able to put them all together and create an arrangement in the Print Shop program and I reduced the opacity so I wouldn't get any harsh lines when printing - just a faint lines to guide me.
This is how it looked before altering the opacity and printing

After using my Copic Ciaos to colour the image, I added lots of Mod Podge Dimensional which is kind of hard to capture but eventually I did

The leaves were cut on my Cameo and then I used Distress Inks to colour them before glossing them up too

On another note we have kept the kitty... Now called Missy - She's settled in but still prefers the safety of being with Mikey...Ginger cat wants to be friends and he's so patient but so far she isn't having any of it and is keeping her distance

I hope you are having a good day...

Take care

~ Ros ~

Yah--Missy has joined the family! She really is beautiful & hopefully will eventually realize she could have a loving sibbling. Your work always inspires me--a smile in a card for sure! I so wish I could sit beside you & try some of your techniques, Ros!

This is soooo beautiful with all the color and gloss and it's a fabulous contrast with the white! Really puts me in the mood for fall cards. I hope everything works out with your kitty and that your back continues to improve.

I am so sorry to hear that your back is/was hurting again. I hope you feel well now. And good to hear your husband did th vacuuming LOL!
I am in awe of your computer skills; your card is fabulous!
And Missy looks lovely; poor Ginger is anxious to become friends..And she is keeping him off. Missy is already the queen of the house hee hee. But it's great for Mikey to have a little fur friend again...
Take care..

Gorgeous card with the lovely pumpkin...wonderful color! And, your new kitty, Missy is so cute! She reminds me of the black/white cat we once had. Her name was Misty.:-)

Another beauty...the pumpkins and leaves are gorgeous all pretty and shiny! The cat is so pretty, wish I could send you one of the kittens we have here (or 2 or 3 or all 6..lol)...we have been feeding 2 stray cats since last Spring and they both had kittens (3 each)...they are eating us out of house and home!!

Somehow it doesn't surprise me that Missy is staying. And she looks so cute! I'm sure she'll warm to you all more and more and by Christmas you won't be able to get her off your laps!
