City Crafter 343

Hello Friends and Happy New Year!!
I hope 2017 will be a fabulous year for you all ...

For the first City Crafter Challenge of 2017, Kirsty is hosting with..

Make a project using the word Hello

It's not a New Year card but it does have the word Hello
I made this card for a friend who celebrated her birthday in December...  Due to the weather I had a real hard job photographing it

A little ink blending using a die cut stencil for the BG, a stamped and embossed sentiment and a die cut branch and bird

The team have some lovely projects to inspire you up on the City Crafter Blog and we have the lovely Danielle guesting with us too. I hope you'll find time to play along with us...

Have a beautiful day

So delicate and pretty. Lovely colour combination and the prettiest of background. Love how the silver embossing pops against it x

Your friend is lucky to receive this and I know for sure she loved it. So do I; I recognised the sentiment from my own birthday card:) I love that ink-blended background!

How beautiful - it looks so intricate and yet not at all OTT.

That's the most beautiful big sentiment all embossed in silver. And extra pretty on the softly sponged background. Funny how the branch over top doesn't detract at all. Brilliant, Ros. I know this was received with much happiness!

This is absolutely gorgeous, Ros. That subtle BG is so beautifully done. The font and sixe of the sentiment are wonderful over that gorgeous BG, and the branch and bird finish it off beautifully.

You have mastered the soft background. The branch with the sweet little bird is so lovely against the sentiment. Love the texture the embossing added.
