Just saying Hi

Hello... How are you?

Storm Doris came and went leaving a trail of destruction and wet and windy weather still ... Lots of trees have been brought down and I am amazed and thankful that the ones surrounding my home are all still intact and we are safe.
I've had no inspiration at all this week, so this afternoon I pulled out all those scraps I hoard and still only made made one card

I thought I'd enter it at AAA Cards Challenge

It wasn't meant to be a St Patrick's card but it could be - There's lots of green including a watercolour background

I think I'll just give up and go put a movie on ... DH is at the match, tea, chocolate and a movie sounds good to me...

Enjoy your day

It sounds good to mee too Ros but I'm glad you had time to make this fun creation first. I'm a big fan of monochrome cards and this one ticks all my boxes. I love the watercoloured background and the leprechaun jumping out from behind the tree is such a fun touch!
Enjoy your afternoon.
Hugs

Glad your trees survived the storm, Ros! We get a nice break today with sun, so gotta get errands done, but first I'm trying to catch up reading some blogs. Can't tell you felt uninspired as this is such a unique & great card! The background is just perfect for the gnome & love how he's peeking out from behind the tree! I do wish I was close enough to pop over--chocolate & a movie does sound good!

Seeing the gnome peeping out really made me smile - lovely card. Storm Doris turned my 1 hour commute into 2.5 hours!

That little fellow peeking around the tree just makes me giggle. Yep, he could sure be a leprechaun. Enjoy yourself. Hugs!

Glad things are safe and sound for you after the storm! We had 70 degree weather here on Friday and yesterday it was in the 30's...crazy weather! Your card is is so cute with the little gnome guy behind the tree! It would make for a perfect St. Pat's card!

Fabulous card loving all of the green and your little cheeky elf peeking out from behind the tree to say Hi. The watercolour background is beautiful.

Doris! I never did like her... I'm glad to hear she didn't leave you in a mess, at least. Always sad to see trees down, though. Ha! Your gnome guy is so cute! With all the green he certainly does a good job of representing St. Patrick's Day. Perfect background for him. Not sure when I'll get back to stamping as I've started painting my stamp room...

Let me know if you prefer Dutch chocolate :) I'll send it your way! Doris hit Holand too and I am glad that we didn't have any damage. But it's grey, rainy and windy here too. Yikes!

I am glad you pulled out your scraps; I LOVE eveythin you create with watercolouring. I am always happy to see your watercolouring cards. (I learn so much from you ) And this card is another stunner. Such an adorable gnome. And I know that there are gnomes who aren't adorable at all hee hee!
Hope you had a relaxing afternoon and a good weekend. Sending a hug!
