City Crafter 355

Hello ... Are you having a good start to the week?

So today starts a new challenge at City Crafter and this week Kirsty is hosting for us with the theme
In Bloom

Create a project that has a flower or flowers
Really simple... Here's my card

I've a mix of stamps and dies going on here... The dog is from Avery Elle's Furry friends - I stamped coloured and die cut him then made extra cuts to have him fit over the stitched circle.

The flowers are from the MFT Buildable bouquet set and the clouds are by Memory Box... Cut from digital paper from Pink Petticoat.

The sentiment was computer generated...

The team have some lovely card to inspire you up on the City Crafter Blog ... Go take a look.

Have a lovely day

Hello dear Ros :) Awww, too cute is that doggie stamp! Beautiful card you made with it. Thank you for leaving me your sweet message on my thoughts on wandering away from the shabby vintage style. It actually reminds me how much I love seeing how the work of some of my blog friends has evolved and changed over the years, like yours. Sending you big hugs and wishing you a beautiful spring day, xx

Another sweet, adorable, fun, happy card! Love the font of the sentiment and your placement of the circle window. I never think to create my own sentiments. They're usually an afterthought on my cards. You have the perfect balance of color and white space -- my favorite kind of card!

Sorry to be absent for so long my friend...life just happens and as I get older, I seem to be able to accomplish less each day! Blogging has suffered. I think I am caught up..if not I am sorry! All your cards are wonderful, fresh like Spring and meaningful to those who receive them, I am sure. Have a wonderful rest of your Thursday, Ros. I have more roses to prune and fertilize today as well as my crafting! Enjoy life!

What a precious card, Ross. That was very creative of you to perch that puppy dog looking over the stitched circle and holding the flowers. Blessings!
