Hugs

Hello...

I've had a couple of good days and yesterday I got a few projects done for the Thursdays Club, however, today was a different story...
Fortunately I was seeing the therapist this morning for more manipulation and acupuncture... The news I got was not what I was expecting and kind of set me back... I felt sorry for myself for a whole 2 hours Lol! But I'm a fighter and determined not to give in, so here I am with another card which I thought would fit the bill at both

And

I started by stamping and embossing the centre panel of my cardstock and then made some leaves by smooshing various distress inks onto white cardstock before die cutting them

I added some dry embossing for a little bit of interest using some frame dies and then smooched my die cut sentiment in Versamark and embossed it.

I absolutely adore fall colours and wish the season lasted longer. Well, at least I can capture it in a card.

Till soon

Beautiful, beautiful card Ros! Love the embossed framing in the center of the card...SO pretty! And your water coloured leaves are just GORGEOUS...I wish Fall and the colors lasted a bit longer too! Ours are all on the ground waiting to be raked up after 2 1/2 days of non stop rain and wind! But anyway, lovely card my friend!! :0)

What a stunning card Ros! Oh how I have missed your amazing CAS talents! Just wanted to pop in and say hello my friend. It's been a long year and I have lost track of so many of my bloggy friends during my absence. I hope all has been well with you and you've made lots of time for crafting during your health struggles!

Have you been having lovely autumn weather? Our temperatures have been up and down this autumn, but at least the nights are getting cooler and I'm thankful for that. We've had lots of rain and I'm hoping that's a sign that we will get lots of snow this year. Wouldn't that be great!! lol. sending hugs :)

Sorry that you were down but what better way to lift your spirits than to create a beautiful card. The embossing on the background is perfect for the colorful fall leaves. It is so clever to attach them to the vine of stamped leaves, Fabulous, Ros.

Beautiful and cute card, Ros. Lovely leaves and pretty colours. I love the frame dies. Kisses, my friend.

Wow, you sure did fit both challenges beautifully. I'll say it again... I SO LOVE your style! I like how you dry embossed after the stamping and die cuts were in place. It makes your paper look very puffy. Really a cute leaf vine image, and those leaves are perfect with it. Darn it, I'm sorry to hear you had a set back. I've been away so I'm just now reading this. I hope things have improved. Keep fighting!
