A Couple of Gnomes

Hello there...
Before I share today's card...

" Thank you "

To the many of you who left me encouraging messages following my departure from the Thursday club. I can only sum it up by this quote

You're the best!

So today I have another birthday card - This is one I made for my husband's friend. They do make me laugh as they are both getting so forgetful and their conversations are so amusing to hear.
I thought this was quite apt and so did they!

They spent awhile try to decide who was who...Lol!
The gnomes are of course from a Christmas set but I think they are pretty versitile
I coloured them with copics and did a little ink blending behind them

From this angle you can see those balloons shine a little better. They were cut from mirri card that I added some alcohol inks too.

Looks like we are in for more high winds today... I can always tell when Ginger cat comes in and takes to the basket under my desk... Who needs the weather forecasters?

Stay safe and have a lovely day

Till soon

~ Ros ~

These two gnomes are so cute Ros and love the subtle yellow you have blended around them, and the alcohol ink over the mirri card has given the balloons a really beautiful sheen. x

Gnomes work everywhere and in all contexts - it's the inherent cuteness or something! Perfect card!
