Time passes...

 Hello Friends...

I hope this finds you well... Not much has altered here, we still have a lot of people hospitalized from the virus with more and more cases every day. Sadly the Mayor of the city lost his brother yesterday from Covid.
On the bright side, I saw this on F/B and it made me laugh out loud

For those of you who don't understand...  Football is huge in this city with rivalry from our 2 premier league teams Liverpool and Everton  - The latter have normally been the underdogs but suddenly they are topping the league and despite our semi lockdown, the new Batman movie is being filmed in the city and Batman was indeed on top of the Liver Building

This city still has it's sense of humour, nothing can take that away

Craft wise I don't have much to share with you other than a tag I painted

It's a year since I lost my best friend and the tag is for the flowers her niece has put on the grave for me.
Time passes...

We are all living a different life from a year ago but the small things keep us going, make us chuckle and keep hope alive so here's one more to make you smile

Enjoy your day and be safe

~ Ros ~

What a beautiful painted tag for the flowers for your best friend...can't believe it's been a year..gone but not forgotten. My cousin died suddenly which was a great shock, but we will always have the memories of good times spent together. Thank you for the 'funnies' too. The look on that dog's face is priceless..lol. x

Oh, Ros, I'm glad you still have your sense of humor. It wears thin sometimes, doesn't it? You gave me a chuckle. Your tag is beautiful and heartfelt. So pretty with the ribbon. Your painting looks a lot like my pretty little Ros Art that's on display in my stamp room. I'm sorry about your friend. That's a hurt that never goes away altogether.

Beautiful tag Ros! It certainly has been a hard year for the entire world hasn't it? I feel blessed though that I live where I do in the country so I can at least 'escape' outside and to the lake house all summer and thank goodness for internet shopping, but I so wish we had our normal lives back, it just has to get better, it HAS to!! Take care my friend!

Cases are rising here, too. Our city isn't in lockdown, but we are being very careful. Unfortunately, too many people don't seem to care. Time does pass, doesn't it? I know you miss your friend. Nice that her niece can do the flowers for you & I know she'll love this sweet tag. Sending love & hugs, Greta

Love your tag Ros, so beautiful and heartfelt! Your painting is beautiful as always and really like the bow, it finishes this off perfectly. I can't believe it's been a year already, I know how much you miss her, and your memories of that special friendship will last forever. Big hugs to you my friend, keep well. Also thanks for the chuckle!
