Hello and good morning everyone!
Sequins
Stella wants us to create a card or project that features sequins ... Well that's an easy one for me, I love using them - I hope you do too and will join in our challenge this week
Here's my card
I just love that pretty paper by My Minds Eye and used it to make an anniversary card
...With sequins of course
Hop on over to the City Crafter Blog to check out what my fellow DT have in store to inspire you this week ... We also have our winner from week 253 Fuchsia Crafts guesting for us
The challenge over at Just Us Girls this week is a colours inspiration challenge
I'm pretty sure my card captures the colours in that gorgeous hallway so I'll be entering there
Have a beautiful day
~ Ros ~
Beautiful Anniversary card, Ros, love your sweet design and all the pretty colors! Just fabulous!
ReplyDeleteFabulous card Ross, the background paper looks just like real wood and I love what you did with the birds. Te sequins are the perfect finishing touch!
ReplyDeleteSorry I have not been around much to comment, but I have a lot going on and blogging has had to take a bit of a back seat.
What a pretty card! Just looking at it makes me "happy"! Love the colours and flowers and birds!
ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty and you have such a touch in placing sequins so perfectly and with just the right amount. I adore those tiny birds.
ReplyDeleteWOW!!! Ros this is gorgeous!!! I have that same paper, so thank you very much for the inspiration :) Love that little heart and branch coming out...what a great design!!!
ReplyDeleteWhere do you get these always so clever card ideas...this one is so cute...love the paper, and those two sweet birdies...and of course the sequins! Perfection once again! We had to cut our vacation short due to all the rain! It is very warm here right now (not complaining)...but it is making it hard for me to stay in my creative room!

ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome way to use that sheet of paper. I always hate covering up the ones with pretty large designs on them. The little heart hole with the branch and birdies is so cute. Fabulous design Ros!
ReplyDeleteYour take on the theme is brilliant. I love that wood pattern and the branch with the birdies is perfect for an anniversary card. Lovely! And I know how much you love sequins. I'll send some your way this week:)
ReplyDeleteI hope your friend is feeling a bit better and will be on her way to recovery. It must be tough for you to see her being so sick. And lots to worry about her mum too. THinking of you. Take care sweetie,
