With love from Paris

Hello...
I'm recovering from a very busy and noisy evening at Thursday Club Lol!

I've made another card with some scraps... Some left over pieces from yesterday's card...

...The leaf and the heart

And some die cut squares in my box, one of which I stamped on in a very subtle and shiny platinum ink... That sweet Eiffel Tower is a brad from a pack sent to me by my lovely blog friend Barbara

I've struggled to photograph this today ... some colours just work better than others but here's a close up of the heart so you can see that lovely shiny gold ink

The sentiment stamp is an old one from a Waltzing Mouse set and embossed in Princess gold E/P

It's cooled down a lot today and I'm grateful for that ... I'm still sorely lacking in sleep.

By the way, before I go I wanted to share with you, especially my friends across the pond, that we here in Liverpool England remembered all those lost on 9/11... Here's a photo of our famous Liver Building taken last Sunday

Have a wonderful day

  1. Hello my dear Ros! Don't know if I'll ever get caught up after our vacation, but I'm going to try. LOL Been perusing your posts and as always your projects are a delight. I really like the last couple with the mixed watercolor die cuts. The colors and patterns are so lovely and then you mixed them up on the one card for even more interest. Beautiful work!!! Hugs!

  8. I should be so crafty with my scraps! Sheesh! This old thing? Just threw it together. Seriously, Ros, you've got it going on in the creative department. You make it look easy. Love the gold on the heart. Speaking of hearts, your last photo tugged at my heart. What an incredibly sad time that was. Thank you, all our friends across the pond.
