NBUS, CAS Mix Up & Blog Anniversary

Hey there ...

Nice to be back! I finally finished all the club stuff

There's 25 bags filled with all the bits they need to create the project I shared with you yesterday, plus there are 25 packs of stickers and foam shapes to decorate those bags and there are 40 pairs of  chick eyes looking at you ha!

Today I realised that I have been blogging for exactly 7 years! Oh how time flies when you're having fun...

I just had time to make a card for you all and I'm also entering it at Darnell's NBUS Challenge 11 - Which can also be an April Fools Boo boo ...

And

As far as I'm aware this card doesn't have any boo boos... Whenever I mess up a card, Pat makes claim to it  - She'll find something she can use Lol!

So here's my card...

...Using a NBUS stamp from Imagination Crafts which has just been waiting to be inked up.
It's very subtle - I used Platinum ink which also gives a slight shine, though it's hard to capture on a photo

In keeping with the Cas Mix Up challenge I inlaid my stamped piece into the frame and added a copic coloured flower as my choice - The sentiment and flowers were also stamped and heat embossed.
I did add some Wink of Stella to it but again it's not visible on my photo

I'm off to do the dinner now and then I'm going to put my feet up and watch the 4th episode of Broadchurch.

Have yourselves a lovely day/ evening

I'll be back tomorrow

  1. Congratulations on your 7 years x Seeing all the projects in the basket certainly emphasizes all your hard work x That background stamp is so subtle and so atmospheric...love it! The die cut flower sits perfectly on your card and just adds enough colour and further interest. Creative and beautiful card x

  4. This is so elegant and lovely, Ros! I am imagining all the shimmer from the platinum ink and the winking! It's a beauty! I went back and looked at your post for yesterday and can only say, again, that you are an angel for the ladies! You put so much love and care and attention into these projects!

I'm glad you found out about your Vitamin D deficiency. It's an easy fix and you should feel lots more energy! (I keep having mine checked for the same reason, but it comes back fine. They say, "No, you're just a load." lol!)

Thank you so much for joining in my NBUS Challenge #11! Mwah! Hugs, Darnell
