The AAA Card Challenge this week is "Inspired by Nature"
Here's my card
Like many of you, we've had our fair share of rain and the alcohol ink background here is to reflect that together with the lush greenery and the colours that are beginning to grace my garden
Fortunately we've had good weather these past few days which means the workmen can get on with the landscaping work on one half of my garden
But hey! This is the UK and anything can happen where the weather is concerned so I'm baking to keep them happy whilst they work Lol!
I'm hoping to catch up with you all today and can't wait to see what you've been creating

Enjoy that nice weather...been raining here since last Friday, although they say it's supposed to start clearing up later today and then be nice for a few days! YAY!! :0)

Your background certainly does remind me of a rain soaked garden. We're expecting thunder storms today, which is unusual for our area. The UK and the Oregon coast have a lot in common when it comes to the weather! Pretty dies, beautifully placed, and an utterly gorgeous background!

ReplyDeleteAs you say, this is the UK ...here we had unexpectedly warm and sunny weather yesterday. Some people were straight into their strappy vests, but I'll not be 'casting a clout till May is out'.

I hope to plant flowers this weekend. I'm sure your garden is lovely and the workers will be delighted to receive a baked treat from you!(lucky workers):-)

Gorgeousness! Those colors blended so beautifully together and the gold is such a pretty accent. We have been getting rain in torrents the last week or so and now we have a tropical depression aiming right for us. sigh Gonna be squishy here for a while.
