Making every Piece Count

Hello again...

I didn't expect to be back so soon but I came up with a card for this months challenge at
So here I am posting

This month's prompt is Ocean

Oh how I wish I were near one now...

Anyway, my card is made up from those little pieces that I keep, hence the title

A tiny piece done in alcohol ink which I've used for the centre triangle and a piece done Gansai Tambi watercolours for the coral...

Does alcohol ink qualify? Maybe not... Oh well, it's the taking part that counts

I enjoyed myself that's for sure

Have a good day

  1. Oh Ros, this is absolutely STUNNING!! LOVE the layout of this card...all the little pieces go together FABULOUSLY!! And while technically AL inks are not a water colour medium, it sure makes a beautiful piece of ocean for your sweet little fish to swim in! Your coral on the other hand is definitely water based and just lovely with the soft colours! Beautiful, BEAUTIFUL card my friend! Thanks so much for sharing with us at CAS Watercolour!! :0)

  10. Well, the coral is watercolor so, hey, it counts! Besides, it's so gorgeous. Oh, my gosh, that background -- swoon! With the little gold fishes and starfish and the cool layout... I love it, and the most important thing, for sure, is that you enjoyed and took part.
