Hello...
Autumn is one of the loveliest of seasons, but this year it has brought huge sadness for me.
With little warning my dearest friend and soul sister Beryl, left this world. I held her hand but she couldn't stay...A week has passed by in a fog and this year will not be forgotten for it's losses.
Awhile ago I made this card
The leaves were stamped with alcohol lift ink ... It seems fitting in it's imperfect colourful way
Life isn't perfect and there are many shades of grey, but sometimes, someone special leaves behind the most beautiful colours stamped on your heart...

What beautiful words from the heart for the loss of your dear friend Ros and I'm so sorry as a friend like that is very precious and something sadly I have never had but can understand how bereft you feel. This card is absolutely beautiful and love the colours and your interpretation of the sentiment is very touching. x

Ros, I'm so very sorry to hear about the loss of your dearest friend. We are at that age and I worry about how I would deal with something like this. You are being very brave. Such a beautiful card today.

Lovely card Ros, so delicate and soft!! Sorry for the loss of your friend and BIG hugs to you, it is always so hard to lose someone so special to the heart! I have not been around too much either as we have been at the Lake house worrying about the water levels and erosion. It is what is is I guess and nothing we can do but hope it stops. Since the hubby is retiring the end of the year he has been coming home earlier and earlier each day and it has totally changed my 'lifestyle' lol....I think you no THAT feeling....have a great day my friend!!

I hope memories of all the happy times you shared will bring you comfort until you start to feel better.
