Reach for the stars

Hi there!

I have a quick little card to share ....
Thanks to a dear blog friend (love you Sue) I received some PTI dies today ...
Of course once other things were taken care of I had to make a card with one of the new dies ... The luggage tag die ...

I used the tag to make a shaker style card ... the tag was cut from previously white CS that I sprayed with inks first

I'm still loving the grey CS and I thought this would be suitable for a girl or boy ... perhaps for graduation.

I'd like to enter this at a 'new to me' challenge blog

On another note I had to take little Ginger to the vet ... He has allergies and it makes his eyes sore and he tears at his skin ... Suffice to say I got lots of meds which together with the consultation fee totalled £87! Two problems ... He will not let us put drops into his eyes ... It stings and he goes ballistic! Secondly, one of his tablets is a steroid which of course makes him hungry but the vet has put him on a diet ... since being neutered he's put on 2 kgs! I feel so cruel right now!

I hope things are all good with you ...

Till soon

~ Ros ~

You're not being cruel - you just have a long-term perspective which he doesn't have ;-) And he'll forgive you soon enough. I absolutely LOVE your card, colors, layout - everything!

Love your luggage tag and it would be perfect for male or female!
Sorry to hear about Ginger. Our pets are sometimes complicated to deal with, but I know you would agree...so worth it!

You shook me UP with this brilliant shaker card, Roz!! Your mix of a sweet shaker with this snazzy new luggage die is magnificent!!

I'm so, so sorry you are having to show some tough love to Ginger. You're a good mommy, even though it feels wrong right now. Hugs, Darnell

That luggage tag is something I was eyeing this month, but too bad, there are many more things I want! Wonderful work with that Ros, now I think I NEED it! LOL

Poor kitty! Why can't meds just take care of what they're supposed to instead of causing other issues. Hope you can figure out a way to help the poor guy. You did a fantastic job making the shaker out of the tag. It's really fun. Hugs!

Splendid! Great card! That's one of the coolest die's I've seen, and your use of it is superb. Thank you for finding ("..with a little help from my friends") us and entering this fun card. I really hope you come back to play with us often.
Cheers, Victoria Lavender

PS. I'm at the vet so often, we got a pet care credit card.
