Thinking of you...

Hello...

Well the glitter was still out so here's another little card

...Using up one of the many sponged, painted and splattered pieces I've created and have sitting in a box...

Glitter isn't the easiest thing to photograph huh?

I managed to get to the club class last night and had pre-prepared projects for everyone - It was noisy and very busy!
My appointent for the clinic was a painful one... Anyone who has ever had to endure their muscles pummelled will understand. Lol! The muscles are compressing the nerves in my leg but I'm hopefull
that things will improve. Thanks so much for your kind thoughts and wishes, it means a lot.

Well, on with the exercises...

Have a great day!

It may be messy, but boy does it make for a BEAUTIFUL card Ros!! LOVE your background too! Isn't it wonderful to have a box of different backgrounds to just pick from?! It makes the whole card making process so much easier...sometimes! Hope you have a wonderful weekend my friend and sure hope that pain lessens too!!

I never think of glitter with artsy backgrounds, but it's wonderful, Ros! Perfect use of that feather die & great minds think alike, I'd say! I hadn't used a negative of a die in a panel for ages & yet did this week! So sorry for all the pain you're having & truly hope you get some relief with the new treatment. I wondered what you were doing about the group, but figured you manage it one way or another. Boy do I wish you were here, too! Sending warm hugs, my friend!

I would love to have a box full of those sponged, splattered, and painted pieces if only mine would turn out so beautiful! Your glitter shows up very nicely in the photo, but I'll bet it's ten times more amazing in person. I love how you've used the negative of the feather. I sure hope your treatments do you some good, Ros. It doesn't sound like much fun.

Oh, your card is just gorgeous with soft background and feather with lovely blue glitter! I must try the glitter technique some time because it is so pretty! I do hope you improve very soon with your sciatica! Mines comes and goes...I feel for ya! Big hugs!!

It's been wonderful to sit here this morning and do some catching up after my challenge and a little break. As always, I am gobsmacked by how glorious your beautiful cards are, Ros! You do take my breath away! And I loved your latest crochet work, too! They are adorable!

On a more serious note, I am sorry you are experiencing even more pain than you have been for months now. Sciatic is SO very painful or any type of nerve inflammation. I pray that they are on the right track now to freeing you from all the pain! Do keep us posted. Love and hugs, Darnell

I love your splattered peices; you always turn them into cards that make me sigh and stare. That feather is stunning. You know how much I love blue:)

It is pretty, I love glitters, really have to use more of them, the only thing is besides sticker paper, I always have problem having them stick!

It was a clever move to leave the glitter out - so you could make another wonderful card! I take the fact that you went to Thursday Club as a good sign and hope things keep improving health-wise.

No glitter is usually a nightmare to photograph - in fact, it seems to disappear- but I can see the glitter on this lovely feather. Great card. Hope the pummelling helps.

The glitter is the perfect choice to fill in the negative space. Very pretty.
