Jugs Challenge ...

Hi ... this is my second post today
I have been out most of the day and suddenly realised that the challenge at  "Just Us Girls"  finishes in a few hours... and this challenge is right up my alley ... Alter A Notebook ...
You all know how I love to make books!
Trouble is... it is dark here and having made my book ... I am really struggling to photograph it ... So I apologise now for the really poor quality photos ...

I made a hardback one this time using thick card and covering it it with papers from We R memory keepers ...

This is a side view and you can see I added one of my handmade dangly charms ... and the reflection is from a clear creation from Making Memories

I also used a scrap of burlap, one of those pretty Narratives from Lynnda ... a heart I cut from cardboard and painted ... some lace ... a flower from Prima and some paper curls ... and the inside

I make a new notebook for each new term of Philosophy ... this will be perfect come September ... I'm just sorry that the pictures are not so good ...
Before I go ... Happy Birthday to Pam Imholz  at JUGS who celebrates her birthday this week too
Have a lovely evening

Till soon

this is gorgeous....I checked out your post and your post it pads are so cute. What kind of thick card board do you use for your covers and how do you cut them?

This shade of blue/green is one of my faves and that dangle...that heart is amazing! The contrast of the painted cardboard heart and the flower is so so lovely.
Your notebooks are musthaves :)
