.... Santa that is ...
I finally found a space in my head to think about a Christmas card for this week's challenge at Jingle Belles Rock ... the theme being Inhabitants of the North Pole .. Santa ... Mrs Claus ... reindeer etc.,
I confess I didn't read it properly at first ... thought it was just Santa ... But no matter ... I'd have picked him anyway ...
He always makes for "good times" ... ok so I've had some rotten Christmases but it wasn't Santa's fault
He makes me think of glitter and bows and has so much charm about him
Only fair that I should embellish him with these things
And the Ribbon Girl has a bingo card challenge ...
Think my card qualifies for both diagonal lines ...
Ribbon, Bow, Twine ....... Image, Bow, Charm ... see the little wooden house charm?
It's my first time playing at the Ribbon Girl too
And yes I am still playing with Butterflies ... I'll share some more creations in the week ...
In the mean time why don't you check out these two challenges
Have a beautiful Sunday
Thanks for stopping by

Darling Santa card! Love it!
Kim
well, i know you said you were having trouble getting into "xmas mode" but truly, no one would ever GUESS... this is beyond fabulous, there are soooo many gloriously cool details: that little "jingle belle", the drifted glittery "snow", the amazing burlap mat (!!!) i just cannot stop gazing at this and thinking which bits i want to try out FIRST! ♥♥♥
Now this is the type of Santa I like best, the 'old, classic' one, there's a great vintage feel to your card which I truly love. That icy blue is perfect!

This is a beautiful card, Ros, I love your big guy! I got up early to watch the women play doubles, then fell back asleep and totally missed the match I wanted to see, but I am so happy and excited the Andy Murray finally won at Wimbledon. Maybe this will be the breakthrough he needs and Gold for Great Britain is fabulous! Have a wonderful rest of your evening!
This is one beautiful Vintage Christmas card, Ros! I love the snowflake and little bell. :)

Such lovely images and colours, Ros...so beautifully nostalgic looking, too. A gorgeous Christmas card x
I very much like your Big Guy! Festive and happy! I have to sit down and participate in that challenge as well - despite the Olympics ;-)
