Good morning!
My post is being scheduled today because I don't know how things will transpire in the next 24hours with my husbands cousin ...
Grateful thanks to all of you for your kind words and thoughts ... It's so very much appreciated...
Today at Our Beautiful World ... Wendy (Our very own Miss Netherlands) has picked a prompt for us which is
"Details"
So we are looking for you to link up your photos of how this word translates to you
This is my shot
I love getting up close and personal with nature ... this was a wild flower growing in Cornwall - the details of flowers and plants always fascinate and enthral me ...
If you look really closely you will see a little visitor there too ...
See it now? Click to enlarge
Here's another one
Just look at all those ants!
My lovely team mates from around the world have posted their photos up on the blog and we would love for you to join us too ... and why not grab our button whilst you visit ... spread the word and lets get to see the loves and lives of our beautiful blogging community through your lens ...
A secret ... Later in the week we will have a little tutorial for you at Our Beautiful World ... my very first (eek)!
I hope you have a lovely Sunday
Till soon

It is funny that almost all of us use flower shots, but then, don't the bloom has the best details, thanks for the beauties you shared and I hope all things work out well for Ian's cousin!
p.s - love the tutorial!
Oh the delicacy of these fine flowers Ros... Aren't you always amazed at how Mother Nature presents us with such wonderful gifts for us to behold? Your photos are lovely! Enjoy your Sunday, Ira x

This is my FAVOURITE group of plants in the universe. I did same as you when in Cornwall? They are all over the headlands! Wonderful shots, Ros!

LOVE your wildflower photos with the added visitors! Hard for these old eyes to see so I am glad you pointed them out!
Haha, thank you Ros :)
Beautiful flowers! I love those tiny ones gathered together making one bigger one. Actually I think I love the tiny ones more than the bigger flowers (although the big peonies for example are one of my favs too) and that's because you really have to have a good look at them to fully capture their beauty. They just ask you to come have a closer look, don't they.
I'm sooooo curious after your tutorial, can't wait to see it!!
I'm sorry to hear about your husband's cousin dear... that's aweful and frustrating. Take care, sending you consoling hugs.
xx
Oh wow these photos are stunning. I love enlarging to see the ants and little visitor! Beautiful photos!
Hugs,
Anitra

A beautiful shot - and a great prompt! I'll have to see that I post something later this week. For now, I'm still in Paris - in my mind, that is.
Oh gosh, I finally able to come visit you!! :). Beautiful flowers, are they considered wildflowers?. I'm imagining about all the colorful wildflower fields you told me about earlier in your area :). The flower at the bottom must be very sweet indeed!.
Such beautiful photos. I can't wait to see your tutorial.
Hugs~
