Papercraft Star Challenge - Birds on a Wire

Good morning!

The Papercraft Star photo inspiration challenge is back after a 4 week break

Here is this week's photo

I love this photo and particularly the colours ... who would have thought a grey day could look so beautiful?

Here's my interpretation

I stamped the trees and embossed them both in black and silver

If you click the photos you can probably see the embossing better
The snow I did using something called Snow Writer by Deco Art ... something I've had for years
and I used a ProMarker in grey around the base of the trees

The Washi Tape on the bottom was perfect here and I wrapped some ordinary sewing thread around the card to look like wires for the little birds to sit on ...

My fellow DT members at Papercraft Star have some beautiful projects up on the blog to give you inspiration ... Why not click the link and take a look? We'd love to see you link up with us ...

I know this is a very busy time of year - there never seems to be enough hours in the day - so I do really appreciated you taking the time to visit me and leave such lovely comments ... Thank you!

Have a lovely day and keep safe

~ Ros ~

A gorgeous card and I love the composition. Embossing the trees in two colours is a fabulous idea.
