Hello and good morning
Another week has flown by and once again it's time for a new word prompt at
This week Wendy chose the prompt for us ... which is
Words
We are sad to be saying goodbye to our lovely Wendy... This will be her last week with us, though I'm sure we will still see her join us whenever she can ... Sending you hugs and best wishes Wendy!
Words are powerful don't you think?
A page from my little book called 'A Thousand Paths To Enlightenment'
It's full of Words of wisdom...
Edited using Picmonkey
My son when he was young he used to write me little notes all the time ...
I've kept them all ... Words that touch my heart ...
He also spoke Words of wisdom ...
I can remember one time when I was really down... someone I had once been close to now treated me with contempt ... It made me so sad ... My then 8 year old son asked me why I was so sad ... how do you explain to a child? I just told him that I didn't think (.... ) liked me anymore
My little boy put his arm around me and said "Mummy if (....) doesn't like you anymore then it's his problem ... not yours"
I have never forgotten his Words of wisdom and how much they have helped me cope when life gets tough
This prompt also caused me to remember something from way back when ...
Certificates I was awarded when I was a schoolgirl ... now yellow with age they were all about spoken Words ...
I wonder what you'll share with us this week at
We're looking forward to seeing your photos and the story behind them
Till soon, have a lovely day
~ Ros ~

Well those are great words of wisdom and precious memories indeed, - a beautiful post....
What a heartfelt, sweet post Ros... your words were pulling at my heartstrings, too... What a darling boy you have, you must be so so very proud of him... So wise at his tender age already... You're like my mum, she had kept all the little notes we wrote, too. And now I have them again... Hugs, Ira x
