Hi there!
It's kinda crazy around here right now ... We are decorating the dining area and the kitchen and you girls know what it's like when your home is in disarray and you can't get to do the things you want in the kitchen
Still I'm sure it will all be worth it in the end ... My dining area will have something Pinterest inspired ... i.e. Faux panelling and I'm really hoping it comes together like I have envisaged it in my head ... My DH is trusting me on this one (gulp)
Whilst work was going on yesterday my friend Pat popped over and we had a little crafting time together ... Here's a card I made using one of my new Dies from Clearly Besotted a terrific online store from the UK ... the postage is low and the service is amazing ... my goods arrived the following day!
This is the skyline die which I love ... the butterfly is from Memory Box and the sentiment is from a Precious Remembrance set my lovely friend Sue Lelli sent me
The word die is by Simon Says ... quite a mixture but it all works don't you think?
The BG is Ombre Paper in Apricot by Pink Petticoat and I used a Spellbinders Frame Die to give a fancy edge to the CS
I was lucky enough to get money from my DH, my Brother and my GF's for my birthday and I've had fun buying new craft goods as well as a new little sewing machine from Ikea ...
I hope you have a beautiful weekend - I'll be back tomorrow for the new prompt at Our Beautiful World
Till soon be safe and thanks for looking in

Stunning is the word!
Oh, Ros, I just read on Manuela's blog that it was your birthday last Monday and I'm so sorry I missed it. Happy Belated Birthday and many, many more! Email me and let's exchange addresses and be card pen pals! Why haven't we done that yet?!
Your card is, as usual, completely astounding and gorgeous!! You should enter my NBUS Challenge again! I'd love to have this in the gallery!
Good luck with the remodel! I went through it eight years ago (seems like yesterday), so I know what you're going through. Whatever inconveniences there are - it's WORTH it!! Hugs, Darnell

Oh what a wonderful card, Ros! I love every single thing you've done here! Wish I could trust myself to print the ombre paper correctly as I love your projects using it! The die edge is such a great element!
Ack! I'm running behind on visiting and look at the gorgeousness that has been waiting for me. The black with the soft peach of the sky--beautiful! I've been very tempted by some of the CB stamp sets. Hugs!
Fun card, Ros, again I love the die cuts and the background! Good luck with the kitchen, always nice when something looks new, yet still feels like home!
