Good morning!
It's time for a new word prompt at
This week the prompt has been chosen by Kirsty and it's
Colours of October
I do hope you are not fed up with my garden shots... it's all I have for now
I do hope you are not fed up with my garden shots... it's all I have for now
This time of year we usually associate with the colours of reds, golds and copper and I guess Halloween colours, black, orange, purple
Here in my part of the UK Autumn has been a tad late in arriving and surprisingly we still have a lot of flowers and greenery but some of the plants and trees are changing
They make for a beautiful display ... Even the dark ones
But one thing that isn't turning is last year's Christmas tree which I left in it's little pot
Fresh new green branches are appearing ... If we're lucky we'll be using it again this year - I wonder how long we'll be able to keep using this tree?
Link up your Colours of October with us at
And go visit the blog to see what everyone is sharing
Have a beautiful day

I never tire of garden pictures! And your post made me reconsider: it's "Fall Fest" at the Botanical Gardens today and I had decided not to go... but can I really do that?!
Wonderful, cheery autumn colours!
Happy October!

I never ever get tired of photots of your garden. it's a lovely place to be. And it looks great in every season. That close up of the new branches on your Christmas tree is fabulous. Those shades of green against the branches looks wonderful!

p.s. somehow I have the idea that my English and grammar are horrible in this comment....
I love looking at your pretty garden pictures Ros!! Always so fun to see what others grow and what growns in other places. Fall is sure taking it own sweet time around here! We are still running about 100 degrees.
I'll never get tired of your garden shots. You are a talented photographer plus you have lots of pretties. I'm afraid I have a big black thumb so plants don't like me very much. I can enjoy yours though. Hugs!
