Seahorse

Hello...
I knew it... Once I got those sea dies out, I would have to make another card

This one is another one for

And this time it's all watercolour die cuts

My friend Pat gave me some seahorse dies and I paired them with the Avery Elle coral dies

I painted various colours onto watercolour cardstock for this... It didn't look too pretty at the time but it's amazing how the colours come to life when it's cut into something. Being as it was quite thick, the detail on the seahorses shows up really well

The postage stamp is a really old wooden one and I have no idea where I got

Did you enjoy your weekend? It was a busy one here
We had a lovely day out on Saturday and stopped for lunch in one of our favourite places in Bunbury... The church is right across the road and there was a big wedding taking place - Turned out is was Beth Tweddle the Olympic medallist. We went on to Nantwich and there was another big wedding... My, you should have seen how many Bentleys there were!
Sunday was a day full of visitors, some expected and some not - The whole weekend just flashed by

Enjoy your day

Till soon

I am mad about seahorses, but never seem to know what to do with my pretty stamps, so thank you for this inspiration, Ros! I think I'll get that coral die, which makes them come alive! The colors and bubbles are sensational!! Hugs, Darnell

Pat knew you'd do fabulous things with these seahorses and she was right. I love them! Amazing how a background looks when cut with a die. Don't throw anything away! Love those bubbles, too. The post stamp is an interesting touch. Your weekend sounds wonderful! It rained here, but yesterday and today incredibly gorgeous. Hard to be indoors, so I'm not. Heading out...
