Fantastic Amazing You

Hello there...How are you all?

Things are settling down here and thankfully Ginger cat is doing well too.
I'm so grateful for your kind words and wishes... Many of you have fur babies too so I know you "get me".
So here's a card I made just for you... To say Thank you for your support

I've had this feather die for ages and never got around to using it... To be honest it's quite big, bigger than the cards I usually make so it just got overlooked. I had a piece of BG that I did with alcohol inks and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to use both

So what I did was cut around the die cut , taking out pieces here and there till I got something that looked like a peacock tail and fitted the card too.

The stamped words are from an old Clearly Besotted set and the word is from SimonSays.

Summer has finally said her goodbyes here... She stayed a lot longer than we expected but now Autumn is creeping in with gusty weather and cool days.

Wishing you a happy day

~ Ros ~

Wow! That is one amazing die, and the colors! I swoon! I can hardly imagine it being bigger than shown, but you made it work and beautifully so. We're feeling the change of season here, too. Not bad weather, but different light and feel to it. I'm sooooo glad to hear Ginger cat is feeling better! Best news I've had this week. You know how I feel about my fur babies so, yes, I get you. Thank goodness!

Ros, what an amazing card this is. It is so unique, love the feather die, and how used it. Tucked inside the frame then overflows the edges. You always have such fabulous creations! Love it. Glad to hear Ginger is doing better. :)

Ros, the AI colour mix is out of this world and it just pops off the card against the white.

Gorgeous die cut feathers, Ros. I love the alcohol ink colors. You did a beautiful job of cutting the feathers to look like peacock feathers and to fit your design. Thank you for the happy news about Ginger baby too. We are feeling the beginning of Fall too. Love this winding down time of year. TFS Hugs...

Gorgeous, Ros. I love the pretty colors on the feather and your CAS design. You are a master of CAS elegance. Question?? A couple of years ago you posted a tutorial on a homemade light box you made. As I remember you made two different ones. If you can find it, would you send me a link.

Glad to hear that Ginger Cat is well! Whew....
This card is so interesting, reminds me of the beautiful colors of peacocks!
I can give you some of our summer if you want it back, LOL! I can't wait for it to be over, it is still in the 100s, although hubby thinks the low 100s is fine : 0
We will be moving in 2 days, I am making rounds to bring some small thing over, good that it is only a mile from the current house!

I can't think of anything other than WOW! It does look like a peacock feather, it even looks like it's moving somehow. What a fantastic piece!

This peacock feather is amazing Ros, just adore the colours and the way you have it coming out of the frame. Great stamped and die cut sentiment too. x

Happy to hear that things are settling down and that Ginger is feeling better! Your card is gorgeous with the feather die! Very pretty color against the white! It’s very hot and humid here in the 90’s. Many schools have closed early in the day for the school kids. I will certainly welcome cooler temps!

Wow Ros the card is gorgeous, love, love those colors and the BG looks like it was made just for this die. My daughter would love it, it's all mermaids and peacocks for her! I am so happy to hear Ginger cat is doing better, we had a litter of kittens born..again, it has to stop, but one is a ginger cat, and we have one other ginger too....all outside of course....weather here is up and down, cooler today which is fine by me as it has been HOT, but to warm up again the next 4 or so days..ugh! Sorry I haven't been around but between going to our Lake house and entertaining every other weekend (leaving tomorrow again) and cleaning our my BIL house to sell I have been nthe go non-stop! Take care my friend!!

There goes that designer brain of yours thinking of how to make that feather work. It's beautiful with all the swirling ink colors. Us fur baby people have to stick together. :-)
