How 'Bout a Cow

Hello...
It's very wet and cold here today...
Well, Ginger cat is doing well now but the Tabby cat we've been looking after for over 5 years has been ill. I suspect he has flu and we we've been giving him round the clock care whilst making sure our cats don't get too close. He's not a cat that will let us pick him up... Just visits daily for food. We built him a warm little house that he sleeps in but this morning when I came down to check on him he was gone so I'm hoping that he is feeling better...

I have a card to share that I made last week using a stamp set I got a while ago

I love cows..
Years ago we had a German Shepherd, Kelly...  I adored her but she had a thing about cows... I'm not sure if the size of them spooked her but she would bark like mad if she saw one.
Once when we were driving through Cornwall we suddenly turned a corner to find maybe 50/60 of them being herded down the road and the car quickly became surrounded.
Oh my, if you could have seen Kelly's face!  It was as though she realised that there were just far too many to confront and she just stared without so much as a grumble...

The images were coloured with Copics and I added a stamped and embossed grass BG - Looking at it now I thought that I may make another one and maybe use one of those springs to make the cow's head move

Ok... That's me for today

I hope you enjoy your day and I hope the rain stops here soon

Take care

~ Ros ~

Oh, hahahaha! What a fun and cheerful card! Those stamps are too adorable and the golden grass in the background is brilliant! I can't get the smile off my face... not that I'd want to. Fun story about Kelly and the cows, too. She was in awe at the sheer number of them!

That's a fun idea. Then it can be a bobble head cow. hee hee My cousin has cows and my daughters dogs like to go visit. I think they think they are big dogs. The female like to lick the bulls nose and he seems to enjoy it. LOL Cute!

What a cute card - that cow is adorable (and the chicks, too). Kelly facing dozens of cows made me smile! I hope the tabby cat turns up to get food soon so you can see whether he really is better. Have a great Sunday afternoon!

What a sweet fun birthday card with the cow and chicks, Ros! Hehehe...love the story about Kelly and the cows! I'm not sure what our dog would do in the same situation. I hope your Tabby cat is feeling better and Ginger, too! Take care and have a wonderful week!

This is too darn cute, Ros! I love cows, too, but then Iowa is cow country where I grew up so it would be weird if I didn't like them. Poor Kelly, though! Imagine being traumatized into silence!! Hope your foster Tabby is on the mend and you have no more cat-astrophes for a while! Hugs, Darnell

What a sweet card Ros and the animals look so cute and friendly with one another. Love the simple background that lets the cuties take centre stage.

This is just DARLING! Love the scene you created plus your story. And I feel for you with the taking care of kitties. One of ours got sick while we were away and our son had to deal with it!

Cute image! Fabulous colors!!! Now I know why we clicked, because I am a cow, LOL! Actually that's my Chinese horoscope! I was born in the year of the ox!
