'Tis The Season

Oops! Almost a week since my last posting, I'm getting remiss.
Maybe it's the change in weather... It's cold! Cold sitting at the computer
And then there's the crochet gifts I'm making...
Slippers

Cowl neck warmers and fingerless gloves to match

Lots of them

...and I tried some cotton face scrubbies which actually work great, though they don't remove wrinkles

I've even done some "Tis the Season" Christmas cards

Some using up scraps

And last year's DP

Though you can't really see it here, this one was done with ink blending, embossed stamping then smothered in clear embossing powder to give it an enamel effect

So no, my hands have not been idle...And tonight is Halloween - I've put a hand made banner up and the treats are all ready for callers
So all I have to do right now is visit your lovely blogs and wish you a wonderful evening... Stay safe

I love your pretty crocheting and two gorgeous Christmas cards too Ros and both based on frames but very different with the square crossed over ones framing that sweet deer, and then the beautiful blue windows with that sweet bit of winter foliage and that die cut sentiment is lovely on each. x

You certainly have not been idle! In fact, you've been very busy! Three beautiful cards with a delight in each one. Scraps? I should have such scraps! Ros, I have to say your crocheted items are a real treat to see. I especially love the cowl neck warmer and fingerless gloves. Oh, my gosh, just the perfect thing when out for a walk. The little flowers are the cutest decoration! Oh, how nice it would be if the face scrubbies really did remove wrinkles, sigh... Fun post, Ros!
