Lovely Days

 Hello....

I hope this finds you all well. I went for an x-ray this week, my knee has been troubling me for months and whilst they suspect it is arthritis, it hasn't been right since my fall last Christmas so it needs checking. We are still not able to have face to face appointments with a doctor sadly, and phone consults take weeks so not much I can do. When I'm at my exercise class my knee creaks like an old door - Talking of which, it must have been in my head when I did this...

I hope my knee doesn't look as bad as this door on the x-ray Lol!

But we're in Autumn, a beautiful season and so far it's been a warm one which is good considering the energy crisis - Yes our company went bust so we are waiting to hear what happens next. In the meantime I'm enjoying the season and made this next card with that in mind

That's the thing when I pick up my pencil, I can't seem to stop

Apart from my sentiment stamps, it seems all the rest are being used less and less...

Have yourselves a lovely day and enjoy your weekend

~ Ros ~

Sorry to hear about your continued knee problem Ros and yes it is awful about trying to get to 'see' a doctor or even a phone consultation x. Sorry too about your energy company x.
What a darling of a card with the cute kitty peeping through x. You keep your pencil drawing Ros and keep these unique and creative cards coming x. Enjoy your weekend too and look after that knee x.

Two fabulous arty pieces Ros, and your cat is so cute peeking through the broken pieces of wood, and love the pumpkin and hot chocolate with some pretty leaves and berries and extra pieces of foliage, and the candle too, all great for the season. x

Hope something can be done to improve your knee. My shoulder xray shows arthritis & I had a steroid shot which helped a lot, long with physical therapy. Hope it lasts! Bummer you can't even see a doctor in person! Hubby is about to have a partial knee replacement. We're lucky to be in an area that is still doing "elective" surgeries. Your paintings are just wonderful, my friend! I love them both, but the pumpkin & mug is my favorite!

Oh dear ... so sorry your knee is still creaking and hurting. Such a difficult time to have to be doctoring with not being able to have them physically look at it. Will pray it starts feeling better soon. Be careful exercising that you don't do more damage.
Your cards are both just adorable! LOVE the kitty peering through the holes in the door and perfect Fall card. I'll say it again ... I'm always thrilled, impressed & inspired when I come to visit you. Always something awesome to see! Thanks! Happy Day to you ... Hugs!

It is a good thing that your stamps are being used less and less because it means drawing drawing and painting is getting better and better. These are two really lovely cards. I hope they don't find anything too seriously wrong with your knee xx

Oh, Ros, you made my jaw drop open again! First, your adorable cat with those beautiful blue eyes peeking through the well worn door, then your homey and colorful autumn still life that makes me want another cup of coffee. Don't stop drawing. I love when you do you. I do hope you get an answer and relief for your knee. Don't know when things will get back to normal in our world.

I can't tell you how excited I get then I see a post from you, Ros! I know that I am going to see amazing drawings and paintings. I LOVE that cat ... amazing detail and also the scene you've created with the cat peeking through a break in the fence. AWESOME! And a lovely fall card with a nice hot cup of somethin', along with fresh autumn cuttings. You do have fun, and we all have fun seeing what you do! :) Hope you find out soon what is happening with your knee so you can begin the recovery. Take care, my friend! xx

Sorry to hear about your knee, Ros! I hope you find out what is going on with it and that you feel better soon! I would wear a knee brace to protect it until you find out what is wrong, be careful! Your cat card is so sweet and lovely! Such a darling cat peeking through the fence! And, the eyes are so pretty! Wonderful fall card with warm beverage and beautiful pumpkin, too! Take good care, hugs!!

Who needs stamps when you draw as well as you do Ros?!! I don't draw well at all and that's why I have stamps! But anyway, both cards are absolutely beautiful my friend! And I hope you get some answers on your knee soon (arthritis is NO fun...ask me how I know!!). Take care. Hugs. :0)

With this talent you don't need stamps, my friend! Love this friendly kitty peeking through the hole in the door! (Hopefully your knee will look much better.) You've created such a cozy Fall scene with the steaming cup and pumpkin! Lovely days indeed!

I LOVE that beautiful black cat with gorgeous blue eyes peeking through a break in the fence, Ros! I'm tempted to touch his soft hair.
The fall card is fantastic! Your pencil sketching and coloring is amazing. If I had your drawing skills, I wouldn't use image stamps, either. :-)
I hope your knee will recover soon!

Okay, I now have a very clear indication when the end of year fundraiser madness gets the better of me... it's been more than three months since I've visited - GASP! Love the pumpkin card and certainly hope that by now your knee has stopped creaking...
