Watercolour Bouquets

Good morning...
I hope you are all well? I have a cold, not sure where that came from, after all I've not been anywhere.

Our postal service has been quite restricted, though I'm grateful that we still have one of sorts and this week I had a lovely card from my blog friend Greta. However, my friend Stella in the Netherlands sent a package weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived...
Taking a chance, I posted a few cards off this week, some of which I totally forgot to photograph first - I know, my head is somewhere else these days, but here are a few I did remember to photograph

I'm totally losing track of days and dates and only remembered 2 out of 3 birthdays this week and we are led to believe this lock down could go on until next year - I've always been a home bird but lately I am really missing being able to go see my friends or just browse the shops like we used to.
I shouldn't complain, it could be much worse.

Stay safe and well my friends

~ Ros ~

Perhaps it's not complaining when we are just remembering the life we once knew? Patience does wear thin at times, however, which is why God invented chocolate and paints! Oh, and a libation now and then! Your paintings are going from gorgeous to gorgeouser, Ros! They will be collector's items one day!! Take care and keep safe. I hope your cold remains just a cold and get better soon. Hugs, Darnell

Beautiful cards, Ros! Just as lovely as always! What a talent you have! Sorry to hear about your cold, and I hope you get to feeling better very soon! Yes, many of us like to be at home, but it's also good to get out at times. We have taken a couple rides in the car around our Lake Erie only a few miles away. The water always brightens my soul. You take care, hugs!!

These are brilliant Ros and I hope your cold soon passes. I think whoever receives these pretty floral watercolours will be instantly cheered. I have been feeling a bit discombobulated, I love that strange sounding word, but it does really sum up that confused and uncertain feeling that creeps up now and again. Take care. x

It blows me away how quickly you can create these beautiful little works of art! Oh, how I love each one! I'm glad Greta's card arrived safely. I've been unsure about sending across the pond as it sometimes takes so long even under normal circumstances. I hope your package arrives soon, too. I'm sorry to hear you have a cold. I worry about things like that these days. I miss my girlfriends and I'm sad we won't be able to do a road trip in the motorhome this year. Otherwise we're okay, especially when the weather's nice enough to get outside. Strange times.

Ros, sorry to hear your under the weather, I hope you are on the mend! Your artwork is beautiful as always. I can't wait to see more of your art in the future as each time it keeps on getting better and better. Oh I have done exactly that, mail a card and forget to take a picture, so frustrating. Well take care my friend, hugs

It seems this will be your watercolour year - wonderful paintings, again!
I still do not feel all too limited, I have to say. I think I have, for now at least, managed to appreciate the time I get to things I didn't have before. But then they have started to losen restrictions here already... too soon, I fear. When all is over, we will so much appreciate all the little things we find out we miss so much now. Stay safe - and sane!

all the containers of the beautiful flowers are so gorgeous!! I love seeing these it brightens up my day every time!! Our postal is slow and we don't get much anymore either, in fact our internet bill never came so it will be double this next month, probably put in the wrong box. Take care my friend!!

So happy the card eventually got to you, my friend! Sure hope Stella's package gets delivered soon! How unfair you got a cold & you've stayed home! So--all you need are a few dies, sentiment stamps & lots of paints & paper! These are so pretty & good thing you're signing them! I agree with Darnell--they will be collector's items!

More beauties to behold. Love these.
I’m a homebody too so I’ve adjusted Perhaps better than other people to this Quarantine. However like you said, I do miss being able to pop out when I want to.
