Kitty Cat Birthday Cards

Hey, how are you?Still no sign of the sun here... Someone stole it.

Well another week is coming to a close and what a week it's been in this crazy world we are living in right now...

June is a busy month for birthdays so I'm desperately trying to keep up, I just don't know where the time goes!

Today I'm sharing two kitty birthday cards for friends

They both have a cat and kitten and balloons but they are slightly different

Creating the cards is one thing but getting gifts is another, even though most stores are now open now I don't feel comfortable venturing in them yet so Amazon is my go to right now, thank goodness for technology even if it doesn't always work.

Have a wonderful weekend and maybe, just maybe the sun might pay us a visit.

Till soon

~ Ros ~

I'm sorry you haven't had much sunshine lately Ros...I think it's all over here in Michigan trying to make up for the 7 months of Winter we had with no sunshine (literally!!). Your cards totally made me smile this morning my friend! Your kitties are SO adorable in their sweet settings and I love all the added details like the balloons and hanging hearts! Lovely, lovely cards my friend and I know they are going to make their recipients smile too! Hope you have a wonderful weekend too Ros! Hugs. :0)

Ros for a very long time I have followed your blog and loved the cards and projects you used to do for the Thursday club.Is the painting a new hobby or something you have always had a talent for.I love your paintings ,they are so delicate and detailed.

Your kitties are the most patient of all … but I know their kitty brains are calculating the best time to pounce!!
So very sweet - your friends will love their hand-painted birthday cards, Ros!
I'll try really hard to get that sun to head across the pond! Goodness knows we've had the wind to blow away your clouds! xx

OMG these are both adorable and so well done! Not only are they such wonderful, unique cards (with a personal touch) but also a work of art that they can treasure forever! I agree about NOT being quite ready to do in store shopping ... most of my gift giving right now is in the form of $$$. Safer in my mind NOT to take the chance ... still too many unanswered questions about this virus.

Some sunshine would be nice. It does make a big difference. We haven't seen much of it here for the last several days either. Ros, these cards just melt my heart. Adorable kitties and such pretty settings. I just love the balloons and hearts. A little bit of sweet whimsy. I always knew you had some skills, but the isolation has honed them to a superior level. I swear, if your paintings were a line of stamps I'd be all over them!

I'm only venturing out during senior hours where it isn't crowded & most people wear masks. Scary virus & it's not over even though people are ignoring it! Frustrating! Adorable kitty cards, Ros! I especially love the second one--how you did the ground & even shadows! You are one talented lady, my friend!

What a cute set of kitties - and kitty cards! Here, the sun went missng, too, though we seem to always get a day or two of it in between multiple-day absences. It's like a "you never win" situation: last year the drought, with no clouds even for months, now the compaints run high because the sun's missing. Looking forward to her return, too, though!

These kitty cards have stolen my heart, you know how I love kitties and dogs...so prettily done, your friends will love them! We have had lots of sun here but yesterday I was wearing a sweatshirt it was so cool out, but it is to get very hot by end of week, one extreme to the other it seems. I had a drive by baby shower and the same for a birthday, all at the same house s it worked, I kind of enjoyed it ..hah!! shopping is a problem, but I get up very early and go first thing and not too many in the grocery at that time, works for me, but I sure miss how life 'used to be'!!

Your painted cards are so gorgeous Ros and I especially love these kitties and the flowers on the first card. Beautifully composed!
We are still isolating too and will be for some time but we did have a garden visit from some of the family today and it was lovely to see them after all this time.
Hope you are keeping well.
Hugs

Oh my, these two cards are the sweetest! Your friends are going to love them! You put so much detail into your paintings, just beautiful! We've had sun here but much cooler weather, like sweater weather. But I'll take the cooler temps than the hot and humid any day! I'm with you Ros, on getting out to the stores, still very hesitant, just the grocery store is all I go to and the pharmacy for my prescriptions. I haven't hit a dept store, and probably won't for a while. I hope you get some sun soon! Take care my friend, hugs.
